Seeking the father of Amos Berry

Amos Berry, probably born abt 1695 in Weymouth, Norfolk, Mass married RuthGarnet( Gardner?) 31 May 1722. 

There are many named Thomas and Amos after, but I have not been able to identify his Father.

Not confident but we also have son Thomas b 1731 died 06 Dec 2/06 and wife Mary Died 1793 2nd Molly B1763  

Not confident but we also have Thomas, b 14 Jul1763 d 2 July1803  and Mary Dunbar b 1742 d 6 Dec 1743.

I can very confidently follow the line from Thomas Berry b 1791 d 1863 and 1st Sally S. Morton then 2nd Caroline White.

But, I cannot put my finger on the father of Amos.... and hence his Father, etc.

Sometimes the name Catharine Coombs 1731 - comes up too.

Does anyone have any ideas, hints or knowledge?

My son did a Y DNA test that identifies Haplogroup R-M269 which apparently ties to unidentified Berry's.

We have always assumed origination from the Rye beach Hew Hampsire area, but this is yet to be shown.
