The Devon & Exeter Institution

This is the link to a wonderful private library in Exeter, you step back in time once through the door. It is can be likened to a "Gentleman's Club". I have spent many a wonderful hour there working on local history and the fine collection of old newspapers. There is also a superb room where lunch is served daily.
