Gee, this is fantabulous! I figured if I'd win anything it would be at one of Holly's Family History Expo drawings. (Which are great, BTW, so you must attend!)

How about that? Thank you. Thank you very much.

Hey! We want to post all of our events and plan to to it as soon as we learn how!

Today we are swamped with packing for our Wyoming Expo in Sheridan, Wyoming. If you are in the area we will be having a good time Friday and Saturday at the Holiday Inn Convention Center. You can see details for our events on our Web site at http://www.FHExpos.com. More to follow and thanks Janet for the heads up!

Cindy,
I'll talk to Family History expos about posting their events here. That is a great idea. Thanks.

Hi Shery,
Gedcom is fine but you don't have to go to all that trouble. We'll take any kind of genealogy computer file, Family Tree Maker, PAF, RootsMagic, Legacy, etc; backup or actual file. We even have a data entry service where we can take excell, msword, or hard copy and create a file for you. Whatever is EASIEST for you. --Janet
Fine Print :-) If you are on a Mac using Reunion or such, at this point we DO need a gedcom from you. But we can still print any kind of chart for you from that gedcom, no problem.

Anita, The record for us so far, was 800 feet of charts for the Pratt reunion held in the summer of 2007. They were a series of 7 charts that held 30,000 people and was 4 feet tall and 800 feet in combination. If you have a bigger file than that, we'd love to give it a try.
You can upload any file at http://www.generationmaps.com/consult and we can take a look and give you size and price options. That is really the best way for us because descendancy charts are hard to predict. We'd love to make you a great chart for your family reunion. We always hear back that it is the best way to collect information and is the center piece of the family reunion.

You mention charts from 800 foot long, what is the longest one you have ever printed off? how many names would be on it? We are having a reunion coming up in January next year I'd be interested.
