SUNDERLIN/SUNDERLAND

Eliza/Elizabeth Sunderlin, my gg grandmother, was born abt. 1808 probably in Washington Co. NY. She married Palmer Baker. She died November 21, 1856 and buried in Ringwood cemetery, McHenry Co. Illinois. They had 8 children; Lucy, Benoni, John, Julietta, Eliza Jane, Martha and twins Leonard and Lydia who died same day 9/16/1836 and buried in Welch Hollow Cemetery, Fort Anne, Washington Co, NY. A gravestone close by is of Lucy Sunderlin wife of Joseph Sunderlin b. 3/7/1776 and d. 1827. Could this Lucy be Eliza's Mother? We have been told that Eliza is a descendant of Revolutionary Patriot, Nathan Reed. I have researched many Sunderlin families in this New England area but just can't seem to find a link. Help!!
