I am looking mainly for Westmoreland County, but also have a bunch of people in McKean County. I'm looking for Wolford, Keltz, Arnold, Wile. Anyone that may have the same names, let's see if we're related! .

Hey everyone

I just wanted to let you know that I am here and I'm not ignoring the group. Due to some personal matters, I've been offline and will probably remain so for a little while long, but I am here. I found an internet cafe where I can at least get online for a few hours every so often.

Keep up the awesome work!!

My family names I'm searching are Wolford, Arnold, Wile, Keltz. A good amount of the Wolfords came from Westmoreland County, originally Germany. I was born in Bradford, with many relatives still living in the area. Anyone with any help, I'd love to hear from you. Thanks

Searching for several ellusive ancestors in southeast PA: James Reynolds (1863-?) and wife Elizabeth Richter (1866-1909), Magels (probably grmo of Elizabeth Richter) who were oystermen on either Delaware Bay or Chesapeake Bay, and Foley, who may have been mother of James Reynolds. Any help or info about any of these folks would be greatly appreciated...this is a 30 year old search!

Researching Ulmer family, Mood family and Tettemer family.
Jonas Ulmer b. abt 1832 in Bucks Co. married Mary Jane Mood b. 1834 d. sometime between 1870 but before 1880. They lived in a town called Erwinna. Her parents were Samuel b. 1805 d.22 Sep 1881 & Susanna Tettemer Mood b. abt 1820. Have several censuses on them but don't have much else.

I am researching the Jonas Barndt family. I do not know much information about them, other than the 1860 (and subsequent years) census from Wisconsin, lists birthplace as Pennsylvania.

I am also searching for information on the Jesse Lake family from the Derry, Northumberland/Norwegian, Schuylkill areas.

Any help on either family would be greatly appreciated.

Researching Trullender/Trolinger/Drollinger. Specifically my great grandfather was Hiram Samuel Trullender born in Philadelphia, PA in 1804. His obituary says his parents died when he was a few months old and that he was raised by an Aunt and Uncle. Unfortunately it doesn't give the parent's names or aunt/uncle's names. We have hit a brick wall in our research. He does not appear in any census until 1840 in Union Co. Indiana. We have reason to believe that he was raised in NJ because sometimes in the census he gives his birthplace as PA and sometimes NJ.

Researching the following names in Luzerne Co.: William Robertson b. 1822 Midlothian Scotland, married Barbara Laird b. 1825 Lanark Scotland. They came to U.S. around 1854. Lived in Hazelton for 1 year and the rest of time in Luzerne Co. I have their family and their son William on several censuses and land records. Also Laird's and Simpson's in Luzerne Co.
I am also researching Peter Snyder and Rose Anderson families. They lived in Wyoming Co. & Luzerne Co. Peter was b. 1854-1858 Rose Anderson b. 1860 died 1895.

Surnames: Tortellotte, Whitmyer, Spies, Haaland. I am interested in identifying descendents of the Tortellotte branch in Erie, PA; any immigration information on Casper Whitmyer, who might have arrived in Port of Baltimore, than moved to Phila.; any information & descendents of the Haalands/Heilands out of Philadelphia, all during the 1800's. I have census records only.
