Irish Catholics in late 1700s Philadelphia

I am researching DEALY, McGEE, McGUCKIN, DOYLE - all Irish Catholics in Philadelphia prior to 1800.  I have had luck finding them in the church records,death registers and newspapers - not much at the courthouse.  Any other early records anyone can suggest?
