Look-up Volunteers?

I live in Mississippi, but my father's side of the family is almost entirely from Philadelphia.  Unfortunately, vital records are really hard to find online.  I'm sure there are many others in the same boat.  Are there some fairy godmothers or fairy godfathers out there who would be willing to look up records for people who can't travel to Philly?

One thing in particular I'd love to have is an obituary and/or death date for Harriet Jane Dickson.  She was born in Delaware c. 1837 and died in Philadelphia between 1910 and 1920.  I suspect that she died after 1915, since there's no death certificate for her on the Family Search pilot site.  She was the wife of Robert Barton/Bartley Dickson.
