Mahaffey, Knole Families in Philadelphia

I'm looking for info about John Mahaffey and family, born in PA around 1800, lived in Philadelphia until his death in 1850. I have later info to share, but I'm stuck as to his earlier life. Also spelled Mehaffey.

Also looking for Knoles. Mary Ann Knole b. in PA around 1835, married Lewis Mahaffey in 1857, died of typhoid fever in 1860. Probably had several brothers. Knole might be spelled Knoll, Knolle, Knolles.
