Hi, I left you a friend request but you didn't answer which is OK, but I do have a question for you. In FAG group you said you could photograph graves in Snohomish Co, WA. I was wondering if you might have a listing/book with burial in Snohomish and surounding counties. I am looking for Gus Bloomdahl and any other Bloomdahl you might be able to find. Thanks Joyce
James, I appreciate your offer, but I have no idea where they are buried. This is my problem. My father married the first time sometime in the early 30's while he was in the Army out there. He married Hilda (Mildred) Bloomdahl d/o Gus Bloomdahl. They has two girls one in 1934 and the other 1936. I know nothing about them other than their names. I have been trying for years to locate them with out success. Their names as Eunice Jean Smith and Evelyn Mae Smith. The parents listed on their birth records from WA is Kenneth Eugene Smith and Mildred E. Bloomdahl. That is the only place I find her listed as Mildred. Every where else she is listed as Hilda and that is what my father said her name was. He left WA in the winter of 39/40 leaving his family behind. Have no idea if there was a divorce or not. Cannot locate that information. By 1942 he had worked his way back east to Michigan where he met and married my mother in 1944. I thought maybe if I could trace her father then I might be able to find out what happened to Hilda and the girls. Sorry I have ran on so much but you are the first one I have seen on here from that area. Thanks anyway. Joyce
James, I would love to have them. I might have one of the census but send them any way, but I don't have the marriage information. send it to joygarrott@mchsi.com. Let me know if I can do anything for you. Thank you again.
