I'm curious to know what Naylors you are researching. We have some in our family that moved out to San Diego, California via Colorado from Michigan in the late 1800s.
Hi Leo,
My mother-in-law Joan Naylor (she just joined genealogywise) has done most of the research on the Naylors. She has traced back to a William Naylor in New York in 1830, migrating to Michigan by 1840. Any similarities?
This is exciting! William H. is my husband's gg-grandfather. William H.married Eliza Hoskinson and they had James H. Naylor who moved to Denver and married Ollie Mae Mohn...they had Earl H. Naylor who married Gertrude West...they had one son Earl H. Naylor who married Joan...who is my mother-in-law. She has done a lot of research, but we know very little about William and Ann and we would love to see photos. Joan has a tree on ancestry.com. Is there a better way to exchange information?
