    The wife of James GODDARD may have been Jane ALEXANDER.

    While there is no immediate connection with my branch which I am sure originated from Aldbourne, I believe your branch descended from the Ogbourne St George area of Wiltshire and then moved to Wootton Rivers in the early 1700s.
