Edward migrated, with his family, from Yorkshire, England to the U.S. in 1817(from memory) and first settled in Seneca County, then later relocated to Steuben County.
Edward and Harriett had at least six (6) children. Not all came to the U.S.
I have scans of baptismal records of several of Edward/Harriet's children in Yorkshire, England; hardcopy (somewhere) of citizenship applications of Edward and his son Robert; hardcopy of Robert's will and several other documents.
What information are you looking for, in particular?
And which branch of the Briglin's are you from? My grandmother, Aleatha estella Briglin, was the eleventh child of Harrison and Libbie Briglin. Harrison was the son of Harriet Malissa Briglin and Franklin Thurber. Edward's (his grandfather and adopted father) will stipulates items left to Harrison Briglin (also know as Harrison Thurber.

I may have a copy of Mary's baptismal record. I certainly have some early records from Yorkshire on other family members. I will do some research through my materials and get back to you.
Please tell me more about Mary Briglin. I knew there was another daughter, but had no information about her. Your brief note opened up a wide door for me, thank you.
