Go to the GROUPS tab click on it,then go to the Search box in the upper left side of the page. Type in the name you are looking for. If there is a group already set up it will pop up. Then you can join that group. I set up a Saurborn group. Someone else set up a WV. group. If you still have problems let me know.
I'm researching Samuel James McCabe, our great-grandfather who was an orphan - born in 1867 in Ohio, married Arilla Holtsberry in Paulding County, Ohio and together they had 8 children - he died in Mt Pleasant, Michigan in 1948. I've spent a lot of time trying to connect him to Alexander and Charles McCabe from Liberty Township, Henry County, Ohio - these brothers are descendants of Zedekiah McCabe from New Jersey - traveled to Ohio to work on the canals, became a boat owners and bought land in Henry County, Ohio - but I have no documentation to prove this connection. Our yDNA tests show McCabes back 1200 years - so this has been quite the mystery!
