    Thank-you for the quick answer back!  Maybe our paths will cross someday.  I have documented back to ca.1740 in Laupheim.  Biedesheim is about 150 miles from Laupheim, so not out of the question.  I have DNA back to Polish areas but not sure yet of the surname source for that.
