    Thanks for joining my group. Your spelling of Komiszius looks like it's influenced by Polish, which might easily have happened in the southern part of Lithuania, or during the immigration. I think the true Lithuanian spelling would be Komičius. Judging from the Lithuanian Internet phone directory, it's not a terribly common name in Lithuania. You might get some results by writing to people with that name in Lithuania.

    I think Pristawonir is Prystovai, in the Kretinga region. It's about 8 miles north north east of Plunge. I'll do something thinking on Sanda. It doesn't sound Lithuanian, but I checked the Lithuanian phone directory and there ARE Sanda names listed.

    Radzavicz would be a Polonized version of Radzevičius...or vice versa...chicken or the egg? Gaidys or Gaidis (the 'i' and 'y' are interchangeable) is a common Lithuanian name.
