    I'm not exactly sure what Pettyjohn names you mean but from the research I've done our Pettyjohn line derives from Virginia. I am from the same line as Yolanda Lifter.

    Hi Teri, I just got this info from my cousin who did a DNA testing and we found out that my GR-GR-GR-Grandfather(John H Perkins father) was Joshua Perkins B: jan 24, 1795 married to: Francis Pettyjohn- I believe they are from the area of NCarolina -Virgina vicinity.
