    Where are your Quinns from in Ireland, Robert?  I am a Quinn; my family is from Donegal mostly - also Tyrone.

     

    The majority of them come from the area of Ballintra, Ballinakillew, Greaghs, Laghey, The Oucht.  In Tyrone, they are located in Omagh and Coalisland.

    Hmm... my third gr-grandfather was John Quinn.  He married Bridget Nancy Murphy.  Their son John Patrick was born in Leghowney, and married Bridget Nancy Travers.

     

    I know we're dealing with Ireland here and there simply weren't all that many surnames.  But we already seem to be crossing with some same names here.  I haven't found any connections to Armagh yet, but who knows?
