    I have had 2 people take the YDna test through FTDNA. Neither of them matched anyone in the Wright group. in fact one came up with a null reading. evidently there only about 5 people with such a reading anywhere. I am related to James Corey (cousin) through Elizabeth Wright. My problem is:

    William Wright !800 -1850. There is no proof this man ever existed except my great grandfather was his son. I have no record, nothing except negative evidence to prove his existence. My 4th cousin in Texas took the test. He is direct descent from my great grandfather's brother Johnson Wright born 1828 in Sidney, Delaware, New York. My ggrandfather was Alpheus born 1844 in Sidney. My tree is at clancywrightgenealogy.org if you want to look at it. I am at this point not working on the line because I am frustrated!

    Paul Wright  I found his marriage records in IOWA. if I am reading the ledger correctly July 10, 1891. Iowa Marriage Records 1880 10 1937 for Eli Wright 

    Eli Wright and Eliza Kimes  is listed as parents. of Charles R Wright. this refers to Charles 's marriage.
