Samuel & Rachel (Johnson) Arbuthnot

Samuel Arbuthnot was the most successful of all the Arbuthnot's at mining gold. He also was key in law suites dealing with water diversion that is still used in the courts today. Samuel later homesteaded along Table Mountain in Boulder County. He and Rachel raised many children there.
