Born about 1750 & died about 1835, he was oldest documented member of the modern Waukazoo / Waukazo lineage. He was a descendant of a nation taken captive by the Odawas of the Great Lakes, a nation later incorporated into that tribe, known among themselves as "Undergrounds", probably due to their previous mode of living. Image is copied from the 1885 book, "Legends of Michigan and the Old North West" by Flavius J. Littlejohn.
