A few weeks ago one of my clients, Dan Duncan, a well known businessman and philanthropist, passed away. His passing was unexpected and we were just days away from shooting new footage for a another tribute video on the Duncans. So I've been doing some genie searches for my "adoptive" Civil War people Nathaniel Ross and Gotifred Haffenstein of the 28th WI Volunteer infantry Co. H and Co. B respectfully. The 28th WI website has a compiled a list of the costs of gear that the men needed back then.
