I am trying a little cross reference . I have all ready psoted comments about the Upchurch family of Gerogia. I though maybe if I told what I know about James R. Vinson of Alabama. I am trying to find any information on a Sarah Jane Jones that married a Elbert Upchurch 21 Dec. 1856 in Upson Ga. I have bits and pieces, but nothing really concret.They would have been my 2x great grandparents. Elbert was killed in the Civil War and the only sure thing I have is that Sarah in 1910 is living in Muscogee Co Ga. with a granddaughter Belle Vinson who was my grandmother.
