Looking for surnames: Anderson, Knight, Leach, Norris

I am very new to genealogy research.  My welcome email from this site suggested I join surname groups.  I didn't see any of the above names on the surname lists.  Any comments are welcome to help me find info on the 4 names in my post title.    Thanks.
