Oyster Saloons in the 1910s-20s - info?

what was the name of the oyster saloon that your family owned? I can access some Philadelphia directories for that time period- have you found the family in the census records? What was the family name?

I don't know the name of the saloon, but in 1910 a whole bunch of members of the Cardulo family (managed by Mattie Cardulo, also spelled Cardulla/Cardula/Cardullo) were running one. Thanks!
