Looking for information on A Bill Hess Lowe, My husbands gg grandfather, in Johnson City TN. That is the name listed as his father on his SS application. Mother listed as Lula Sells. We know she remarried by time his grandfather, John Robert Lowe (1902 - 1962) was 8 to Nathan Goad. Form Census it looks like she worked as a servant for the Wesley Family in 1900. We were told there aren't birth records for 1902 in Johnson City Tn. Any information would be helpful
