Clara Dee Etta Palmer was born Nov 7, 1895 in Missouri died Mar 1971 in Lincoln county, Mo. Her father was John Allen Palmer born Aug 1870 in Missouri. he married Willie in 1894. I have the 1900 and 1910 census
I just found his death cert. on father is John W. Palmer and mother is Mattie collins. I am fairly new at researching this line have been working on other lines Clara is my great grandmother on my bio dads side
John Allen Palmer was born Aug 5, 1871 in Lincoln county, Missouri married Willie Missouri Palmer 1894 in Missouri. According to Willie's death certificate her father was Thomas Palmer. John Allen died Jan 6 1954 in Hurricane township lincoln county, Mo, Willie was born jan 7 1874 in Pike county, Mo and died may 15 1956. let me see if i can fine John's dad's death cert.
I descend from one Palmer line coming through William Palmer and Judith Feake - William/Mary Tyler - William/Rachel Fowler - Abraham/Abigail Bull - Isaac/Johanna Mott. Isaac and Johanna started in New York, were Quakers and ended up in Ontario, Canada. Hannah Palmer, daughter of Isaac/Johanna married Peter Clow and they moved to Minnesota about 1850.
Now the other two Palmer lines I know very little about. Jerusha Palmer, abt 1778 possibly in Connecticut, married Ephraim Lee and their son Gardner marrying Nancy Palmer, daughter of Robert Palmer and Rosanna, both possibly from New York. This was in Elizabethtown, Leeds, Ontario, Canada. Gardner/Nancy son Samuel married Johanna Clow, daughter of Peter Clow/Hannah Palmer (above).
Don't know if these two Palmer lines are connected. Ephraim/Jerusha lived in Leeds until their death, but Robert/Rosanna moved on elsewhere. Some of Gardner's sons moved to Minnesota.
So I could be a descend of two or three Palmer lines or they might just be ALL one, lol
My direct Palmer ancestor was Lovinus Palmer, born 10 Sept 1794 in Warren County, New York, and died 5 Oct 1865 in Whitehall, Washington County, New York. Strong circumstancial evidence suggests that Lovinus was the son of Robert and Rosanna Clark Palmer, and the brother of Sandra's ancestor Nancy Palmer Lee. It is my working hypothesis that Robert was the son of David Palmer, son of Abraham and Abigail Bull Palmer of the William Palmer/Judith Feake line.
Other children of Robert and Rosanna - none of which have been located after their evident move from Elizabehtown, Leeds, Ontario, Canada, were: Abigail, Clarinda, Clark, David, Eleanor, Esther and Othniel Palmer.
Afraid I'm not from Walter Palmer, but have traced to Thomas Palmer & Anna Bailey/Wheeler (consensus is Wheeler, but some sources say Bailey) who emigrated from Rowley, Co. York, England and were proprietors of Rowley, Essex Co., MA.
My husband, on the other hand, is trying to prove a connection to Walter Palmer. I don't know the details, but when I do, I'll post it.

Hello,
My line is Susannah PALMER married Samuel MILLS, ca 1657, Jamaica, Long Island. The RUNDLE genealogy, by George Ardel Rundall (1991), links Susannah to the family of Judith FEAKE and William PALMER. Please note, however: "There is a controversy over whether Susannah and John were members of the Lt. William Palmer family."
Samuel and Susannah (Palmer) MILLS had a daughter named Abigail who married William RUNDLE abt 1764.
Their son, Samuel RUNDLE married Hannah HARDY, ca 1715 in Greenwich, Fairfield, CT.
Samuel and Hannah RUNDLE had a daughter, Rachel, who married TITUS MEAD 13 Jun 1754, Greenwich, Fairfield, CT.
I have not found anything conclusively linking Susannah PALMER to her supposed parents, but Judith FEAKE is also a stepgrandmother with her 2nd marriage to my 9th G-grandfather, Jeffrey FERRIS.
Hello, my palmer family is a Sarah Palmer born in 1823 in Camberwell London. She married a Henry Flack in 1846 in Kennington London. Does anyone have the sames details?
I decend Rochester, New Hampshire, legislator, inn keeper, one-armed Maj. Barnabus Palmer, Sr., who's daughter wed Dover, N.H., legislator LtCol David Copp, Sr., a captain at the Battle of Bunker Hill. Son, lawyer David Copp, Jr., Esq., was murdered 1803 in a New Orleans, Louisiana, gambling house.
Thank you for allowing me to join your group, my husband is related to the Palmers, he descends from William and Judith Feake. We are just looking for information to try to figure out what is what on the Palmers. Thanks again, have a great day.
Hi,I have been reserching my Palmer line and I'm about 95% sure I'm of the William Palmer 1585 ormsby,norfolk,england-1647 hampton,nh.line.I'm of the part of the line through his and mary stanforths son christopher palmer. Is it known when and on what ship william palmer came over on? Also does anyone know the names and dates for william palmer's parents?thank you for letting me join your group.
Finally I have joined the never ending Palmer search. My line appears to be direct from Lt William Palmer/Judith Feake to the mormon migration to Utah with Abraham/Patience. I do have a lot of leads on Palmers that I'm not related to. So I can help with that. Looking to fill in a couple of very large holes Lt William from England? Mary Elizabeth Veach Palmer, I think my great grand mother.
Hi Katrina, I am not sure if my Palmer line is your line. But my Palmer's lived in Scotland, Knox and possibly Clark Co, MO.. My 3rd gr grandmother Rosa Belle Wheelen Wood, was the daughter of Nancy Palmer and Frank Wheelen. Nancy was born in Scotland Co, I believe, they had a daughter Carrie or Cora, Kathleen, and a son Howard. Not sure if Nancy passed at an early age or if they got a divorce, but later it shows in IA Census that Frank was married to an Anna. Have not been able to get any other information on Nancy, I believe she had a brother Thomas, as I have a photo that was sent to me by my cousins that says Uncle Tom Palmer and wife with dog Old Shep, this photo was taken on a farm in ILL, dated around 1912. There was a Fanny Palmer who married Joseph Brosius, and I have a rememberance card on an Addie Mae Palmer, b Sept 12, 1887, d. Mar 21 1921. But this is all I have on the Palmer's. Any information would help fill in the gaps on this family,
Hi, I am early in my research of Palmer in my family from Australia. I have only found my first UK ancestor, Daniel George Palmer, born in Dover Kent in 1845 so don't know which Palmer line we may be related to. His parents were Daniel Palmer and Sarah Mummery but I don't have any further information on them yet. Great to find the group. Kendall
Hi I'm also from the multi branched Lt William Palmer/Judith Feake tree. I have considered an attempt at an overall update to Horace Palmer's book but thought too difficult in the past. I see several branches represented below in previous posts that would be a huge start. Anybody interested please inquire.
Does any one have information on the Morman Palmers? The family rumor is that their is Cree Indian blood, I have found nothing. So I'm looking for any info on the wives of Abraham Whitney Palmer and his son Luther Moses Morris Palmer. Both had at least 2 wives possibly 3.
Hi. My Palmer line comes thru my Dad. Mary An palmer. She is the eldest child of James Palmer and Nancy Baughman of Ohio. Thank you for any help. And thankyou for letting me join. Linda Hannigan
hello all, my 7th GGF was Lt.William Palmer, I'm trying to go back a little more, had a real problem with the William Palmer that was on the Fortune, some say he was his father, others say no, if you want to weigh in on this, by all means please share. ty
My great grandmother Clara E. Palmer (Edward McQueen, Andrew Williams) DOB September 12, 1865 was born in Fort Ann, New York. Her parents are listed as William Palmer & Mary Danison. I can find no record of this beyond her death certificate. I do see a Eunice Palmer born in 1865 - could this possibly be the "E" in Clara E Palmer? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Clara had 1 son with Edward McQueen - William McQueen and one daughter listed as Daisy McQueen. She does not show up anywhere until 1905 Census in Whitehall, NY list as step daughter (1893 born) along with step son William McQueen. Any help at all would be appreciated:)
