I have been researching the Breen family for about 5 years. My Breen ancestors are from Northern Ireland, County Tyrone, Omagh. The only person that migrated from the Breen family to Canada was my Nana at the age of 18 in 1927. I am currently trying to find out as much as possible about her father John Breen and mother, Rebecca Sawyer. I have had some excellent luck with some of my research but it has been challenging to acquire specific things such as military information, and I am always hopeful to find images but that is raising the bar quite a bit.
I have found the John Grenham site extremely useful. If there are any other sites that you find exceptional let me know.
