    Hi Cristy, I read your post on the Iowa site. I had some families that settled in Pella in the mid 1800's. The one I am trying to find is the Walravens. Nickolaas and his first wife Maren (Maria) settled there with their children. They arrived about 1868, and Maren must have died soon after because Nickolaas remarried in 1869. I am trying to find out what happend to the children from the first marriage. They are:
    Mattje born15 Mar 1857, Klasina born 25 Apr 1859, Heubert born 30 May 1860, Alida born 22 Oct 1861, Maria born5 Feb 1863, If you would look to see if any of them are listed in your book, I would really appreciate it.
