Yes, this is carman /carmean from the Grayless line and yes if that is so that is of my lineage also ! This Jacob was the brother of my Josias Cremeans which was my 7th Great Grandfather, my lineage is Denis,John,John 2/jr,Josias,Higgens,Andrew Jackson,John G,John E, My Grandpa Roy then Me. so yes Mary would be like my 6th or 7th Great aunt by marriage. So I would be inclined to say we are related. Nice to meet you too.
Mary Adams (?-?) was the wife of John Cremeen (1720-1754). John was raised in Dorchester Co Maryland. But I do not know anything more about Mary, except their fourth child was Jacob Cremeen, my ancestor.
My JONES line is found in Virginia Colony in the 1700s. Robert Jones (?-?) arrived from Montgomeryshire Wales in 1698, probably into Philadelphia. Robert Jones (son of immigrant Robert Jones) married Mary (Maria) Van Meter (1709-1796), daughter of Sarah Bodine (1687-1709) and John Van Meter (1683-1745).
The netherlands and Belgium were 1 at that time and ruled by the Spanish royals.
Then the netherlands took over Belgium and later gave it back to them again, well half of it anyway.
belgium is now split in half, half french speaking half dutch speaking but its own kingdom of Belgium
The first van Aersdal in Nukerke East Vlaanderen was Jan Pouluszoon. van Arsdale who married Geertje Philipsdochter, so the roots are in Belgium I think :)
In Holland the name would be Van Aersdal the first van Aersdal people came from East Vlaanderen in to Gouda in the Netherlands. Gouda is the van Arsdale place in the Netherlands can this be correct?
The earliest record of a van Arsdale is Jannetje van Arsdale born 1670 New Amersfoort USA daughter of Simon Janszoon van Arsdale and Pietertje Claussen, Jannetje died 1728 Staten Island New York.

I noticed you have "Adams" and "Jones" ancestry. Are these from GA and/or AL?

I don't know. I used to listen to "Radio Nederland" on short wave radio, but Gouda never came up.
