Your DNA Guide

          The West Pasco County Genealogical Society is excited to have Diahan Southard, from South Florida, as guest speaker at their November 18, 2015 meeting.  It will be held at the Faith Lutheran Church, 5443 Sunset Road, New Port Richey at Noon. 

          Southard studied at Brigham Young University where she earned a bachelors degree in microbiology.  She worked before and after graduation for the Sorenson Molecular Genealogy Foundation, one of the first efforts to create a correlated genetic and genealogical database.

          She provides personalized, interactive experiences to assist in interpreting genetic results. She will take you step by step through any kind of DNA test in a way that you will understand and enjoy.
