Advice Before Going to Salt Lake?

Every year I take a group to the Family History Library in Salt Lake. One piece of advice I give everyone is to make certain they get outside the library for at least a half hour during the day (preferably sometime in the middle of the day) to help keep themselves fresh. ANyone have any other suggestions?
