We assume Charles Benjamin Lowery and his father share the same name.  We assume his father and mother were never married.  There is no record of it that we have found.  We have placed the parents in Memphis, TN in 1920 according to Census records with a possible surname spelling of Lowry.  If you have any information regarding this family line I would love to hear from you.  Thank you.
