Cox Family in PA Came to WV

I am searching for my ancestor Isaac Cox who married Mary Wise and moved from Greene Co, PA to West Virginia sometime around the mid 1800's.  Is anyone out there working on this same line?  Please let me know if you are.  Thanks.
