Davis and Beck surnames in Sand Mountain Ala.

Looking for information on Lula Beck who married a Davis. They had two children, E. T. Davis and Mattie Odell Davis. E.T. died when he was about 20 yrs. old. Mattie Davis married Francis Grady Huskey and they had four sons. Lula remarried Steve Kirk and they lived between Fort Oglethorpe and Rossville Georgia. Paul, this is good information. Marion Luke Huskey's first wife was Clemmie Gober Lupo. She died with their third child Oct. 20, 1926. Their unborn daughter's name was Nancy Lou Huskey. b. d. Oct.20, 1926. Marion Luke married Addie Pack. They had no more children. Edwin married Dorothy Boyles, and had two daughters, Martha and Marion. Francis Huskey was born April 10, 1912. He married Mattie Odell Davis from Sand Mountain Ala. Francis and Mattie had four sons, Richard Marion, Grady Eugene, Eddie Lynn, and Randy Lee. Marion Luke's father was Richard Huskey b. June 23, 1838 (Habersham Co. Ga.) d. Jan. 29, 1926. On May 25, 1861, he married, Nancy Elizabeth Smith b. Mar. 23, 1844 Ga. d. Nov. 13, 1892. Catoosa Co. Georgia. Nancy was the daughter of James and Priscilla Smith. Richard and Nancy are buried in the Hale Cemetery in Catoosa Co. Ga.

Daniel David Huskey b. June 17, 1868 d. c1916 Married Mary ?

Isaac Henry (Logana) Huskey b. Jan. 21, 1870 Catoosa Co. Ga. d. Mar. 19, 1942 His first wife was Edna Lumpkin. His second wife was Helen Bullen Russell.

Elizabeth Priscilla Huskey b. July 16, 1872 d. Mar. 15, 1939 Priscilla married G. Milo Cooper May 24, 1891 G. Milo Cooper was born around 1860 and d. around 1937.

James Hugh Huskey b. Aug. 29, 1874 Catoosa Co. G. Hughs first wife was Euphemia Yates and his second wife was Caroline Patterson.

Andrew Walter Huskey b. Dec. 4, 1875 He married Ola Conley

Nancy Susan Ella Huskey b. Mar. 14, 1886 Catoosa Co. Ga. d. May 8, 1927 Chattanooga, Tenn. Susan married Arthur Conley

Richard's parents were William and Elizabeth Huskey. The children I know of are James and Mary who were by his first wife. Sarah (Sally),Rachel, Francis Marion, Rhuda (Rudy) Elizabeth, Richard, and John.
