DeRevere, Revere

I am looking for information on Isaac De Revere born July 29 1797. He was baptized in Tarrytown, NY the son of Jacob De Revere who was born at Philipsburgh, NY 29 Mar 1775. Isaac had a sister Gemime who was born 20 April 1799. Is he the same Isaac Revere who married Rachel Vantine on August 19, 1818 at the Reformed Dutch Church in New York City? Thanks Peg
