Dr. Julius Reinhardt and Pauline Mohr Reinhardt

I am trying to locate records of Dr. Julius Reinhardt born 1825 in Bavaria, died 1886 in Washington DC. 

He supposedly studied @ Julius Maximillian University in Germany and graduated in 1849. 

Pauline Mohr was born about 1837-1838 in Wurtemburg Germany.  Her mother's name was Sophia Mohr.  I have found them here in the US.  Pauline suposedly immigrated in 1870, according to 2 censuses.  I have Tax assessments from Pennsylvania for 1863-1865 for Dr. Reinhardt.  They are in Baltimore in the 1870 census.  They were in Philadelphia for the 1880 census.  They moved to DC in 1882.  The dr. died in February 1886.  Pauline lived until 1917.   She was living with her daughter, Minnie McClelland in the 1900 census and in the Rupert Home for the aged and Infirmed for 1910.  I would like to find birth and marraige records, if possible.  I know they had a daughter born in 1861- Mary/Amelia.  If anyone can help I'd appreciate it.
