First cousins marrying

Hello everyone, I am new to the group and have been using Ancestry for about 2 years. I have a tree structure question. I hope this doesn't sound like a dumb question, especially considering the situation....
I have a set of great grandparents (George and Sarah) who were also first cousins. Their fathers were brothers, so George and Sarah shared the same set of grandparents. How can I avoid building two separate, but identical branches starting at the grandparents?
