Great granfathers were brothers

I have a couple in my tree whose great grandfathers were brothers.  I have paid version of Legacy but their tech support says it cannot suppress the duplicate parents printed on the charts.

It SHOULD print the common parents only once with the 2 brothers as their children.  Legacy is also duplicating their ancestors (5 generations back)

Does anyone know of a software package that will correctly show this on a chart?
