James R Moore Family

I have been searching for the ancestors of my ggrandfather, James R Moore for the last eight years and have found nothing.Census records vary on his birth date from 1811, 1814,1828, and 1832.  I do have a correct death date, December 30, 1901, Simpson County Kentucky and buried in Shiloh Cemetery in Allen County Kentucky.  He married my ggrandmother, Malvina Henson in 1853, Simpson County Kentucky.  Are there any Moore relatives out there?
