One thing I really like about social networking sites like Facebook or Twitter is that it gathers all the activity of my friends in one place. If you use Facebook, you probably know what I mean. When I log in, I see friends who have updated their status in the middle, and on the right I see updates to photo albums.
But the only way I know to see what all my friends are doing on GenealogyWise is to check each of their pages individually (which I don't want to do) or to subscribe to the RSS feeds of my friends' status updates. That kind of works, but it's not ideal. I don't like having to use an outside RSS reader like Google Reader to track my friends' activity. I'd rather see it all in one place in GenealogyWise.
Am I missing a feature that's already here? I feel like I must be. It seems odd that a social networking site would make it so difficult to keep up with what people are doing.
