Looking for Hubbard in Twickenham, England

Searching for a genealogist in the Twickenham area to help me confirm information I have found about the Hubbards. Maybe someone that would already have certificates that would confirm or deny my info.

I am a direct descendant of the Hubbards.

These certificates would cost me an arm and a leg to order from the England archives.
