Mr. Mehaffey was born in New Cumberland and spent his lifetime in Hancock County. As you can see from Martha J. (Mary Jane or Margaret) obit below her name has three variations. I'm going with Martha J. as that is on headstone.

Hale pastor of the Congo Church of the Nazarene. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery, in Wellsville, Ohio Mrs. Mehaffey was born March 30, 1867 in New Cumberland, West Virginia a daughter of John W. Snyder & Martha Snyder She was married in 1889. She was a member of the Nessly Methodist Protestant Church and has always lived in Hancock County.
