Needing help with finding Rubin Hardin

I'm mainly looking for my great grand father. I heard his name is Rubin Hardin born around 1879. His son is Claude Ernest Hardin born in hot Spring Arkansas in 1896,Claude's mother ,Rubin's wife is Ida Bell Hardin (Sevier)  The 1930 census for Claude shows his dads birth place is Mississippi. I know Ida Belle married again in 1909 to a William Lomax . I can not find any information on Rubin. I Heard he might have been a firefighter in Arkansas or was an Indian agent. and might have moved to Burke, ID maybe on the Naz Perce Indian reservation. He might have a brother Taylor Hardin.
