Passage Express vs Heritage Collection Suite

I was looking at the Legacy7 add-on's. Is anyone familar with Passage Express and the Heritage Collection Suite add-on's. I have a lot of phots, newspaper articles, journals, etc that I would love to put into an organized system. I have family members that would love copies of what I have and I am looking for a good program that would facilitiate this.
