 Son William Potter b. about 1670 married Elizabeth __?__. had sons, Henry Potter bp12 Jan 1698,John Potter b.1700, Thomas Potter b.1702. Jeramiah Potter b.1706. John age 6yrs, Thomas age 4 yrs and Jeramiah age 0, were all bp. on the same day 8 Feb 1706, Berkhampstead, Hertfordshire. Son Richard Potter was b.1707, bp. 29 Feb 1707 Berkhampstead, Hertfordshire. Young Jeramiah Potter b. 1706, married Mary Conney, 28 Aug 1720 Buckinghamshire.

 Son John Potter b about 1670, married Deborah or Debrath__?__, they had sons John Potter bp,27 MAR 1696 Gr. Berkhampstead, Hertfordshire, Henry Potter, bp.24 JUL 1698 Gr. Berkhampstead, Hertfordshire, and William Potter, bp. 26 Feb 1703, Gr. Berkhampstead, Hertfordshire.

William Potter 26 FEB 1703 Great Berkhampstead Hertfordshire.!st wife: Elisabeth Benning b. 23 SEP 1704 Dinton, Buckinghamshire d. 2 Jun 1730 Chesham Bois,Buckinghamshire Son: William Potter, born 2 Jun 1730.baptized 2 Jun 1730 St.Leonard's Chesham Bois, Buckinghamshire. 2nd wife Elizabeth Groom, married 1734 Buckinghamshire.
William Potter, baptized 2 Jun 1730, was apprenticed in 1746 to cook in London at The Mitre Tavern on Fleet Street. In Spring of 1752, William Potter, left London on the Thames and arrived in Annapolis, Maryland April 1752. He married Nancy Davis 1766.
