QUESENBERRY FAMILY HISTORY

Hi, I am new to this site but I need help in completing my family history. I have traced my family back to George Quesenberry in the American Revolution. He is listed with the DAR, My problem is connecting his son James Quesenberry born 1796 in Wythe Virginia he married Elizabeth (no last name is listed anywhere)with my gggg grandfather Joseph Quesenberry born 1830 died in the Civil War June 12, 1963. He married Thursday Rogers. James died in 1834 leaving several small children and Joseph is one of them. There is a record in Wilson Tennessee where the heirs of James Quesenberry had a guardian appointed. However, the pages are missing from the court records. Does anyone know where I can go from here. This is the last piece of information I need to complete my lineage. Nancy
