Stewarts of Caswell and Person County, North Carolina, Bedford and Lawrence County, TN

I'm seeking information about a James Stewart who was born approx. 1785 in either Caswell or Person County, NC.  James married a Frances Brecheen, daughter of William Brecheen.  This family resided in Person County, NC along the Double Creek branch of the Hyco River.  Its believed William lived there from sometime around 1760 until 1815 and that he, his daughter and son-in-law James left the state for Tennessee.  They were all residing in Bedford County, TN in the 1830 census but may have been there as early as 1820.

Sometime around 1849 James purchased land in Lawrence County, TN near Lawrenceburg and Henryville.  James does not appear in the 1850 census and is believed to have died that year.

His known children were:

Permelia Stewart b. 1812, NC - married James Helton

Elmira Minerva Stewart b. about 1820, TN - married Dr. James Turner Patterson

Elizabeth Stewart b. about 1820, TN

John Stewart  b. about 1824? TN

Stephen A. Stewart b. 1826, TN married Zilpha Ayres

Francis Matilda Stewart b. 1827, TN married James C. Wolfe

Artissima Evaline Stewart, b. about 1828, TN - may have married a Mr. Franklin?

Rosilla H. Stewart b. about 1830, TN - married Charles Wolfe

Martha Stewart b. about 1834, TN -

Any information available on any of these Stewarts or what family in North Carolina James belongs to would be of great interest to me.
