Wells, Henrietta Caroline Malinda 1878-1926 TN-AR

Looking for a possible lead for the following ancestor:
WELLS, Henrietta Caroline Malinda
b: 1878 TN
d: 1926 Blytheville, Mississippi Co, AR

What I know:
Henri 's mother remarries when Henri's father dies. Date unknown on him. ( death)
Henri's mother dies about : 1887-1888 TN ?
When Henri's mother dies, step father gives Henri and her only sister ( name unknown ) to foster homes. TN ?
1891-92 Henri marries a MILLER, John Henry he was b: 1858 ILL. dies 1917 Clear Lake, Mississippi co, AR ( tornado)
I know they had about 10 chlidren. One was my grandfather ( maternal side)
I can not find her in any of the census. I do have her Death Certifcate states no mothers name. Her son-in-law signed it.
A name of Forsthye was mention at time as a possible last name for her step-father.
Can not find any of her children, with the exception of my grandfather in 1930 with his wife and two children.
Where could she be ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
