My ancestor is this William Taylor said to have been b. ca 1805 South Carolina, m. Lucinda Haseltine/Haselton/Hazeltine abt 1825 S.C. "William W. Taylor was one of the lucky drawers for land in the cherokee Land Lottery of 1832.......
10th district, First Section, Cherokee #111, william W. Taylor Maguire's, Gwinnette*"
(Erma Carmichael research. She later published a book on Taylor family)
(their residence was not in Guinette County but near Stone Mountain, Georgia)
