Hi Thomas, Thank you for responding, and so quickly. My research from several years ago did not produce very much information. It appeared that that Naomi Sleeper married Timothy Blake in 1655 and I could track their life, but getting back to her parents did not yield much. Then while in ME & NH last Sept. I found a book published since my prior searching. It provide more information and gave sources and copies of some documents, and I was happy dancing.
If Mark is descended from Arron Sleeper, You should be able to track his ancestors relatively easily as much has been written about him and his family.
I can share if you are interested.
Blake, Libby, Berry, Nason, and Brown are the ancestors I am most concentrating on right now, but I never turn down assistance!
I have the Cram and Sinclair on my mother's side, but I have a niece, by my half-sister, who married a Mark Sleeper who is descended from the Sleepers of Hampton, NH. I did some research on his family and found that there are several connection between my mother's family and his in NH. I've seen some of the other names you've mentioned.
Hi,
The group name attacked me but I do not see any family surnames listed from any of you. I am related to a good portion of the early settlers of Hampton and would love to find others studying them. Blake, Libby, Sleeper, Marston, Fogg, Brown, etc, etc. Any cousins in this group?
